美國國家公園管理局（National Park Service）是美國內政部之下的一個聯邦部門，負責管理為數眾多且體系錯綜複雜的的美國國家公園體系屬地，包括美國國家公園、國家紀念區、國家紀念地、國家歷史公園、國家歷史地點、國家軍史公園、國家戰地、國家休閒區、國家河川、國家海岸、國家湖岸、國家景觀步道、國家景觀河川等等。 此部門由美國國會在1916年8月25日通過法令National Park Service Organic Act而成立。國家公園管理局局長由內政部長所指派，但人選也先須經過參議院認可。 今天，美國國家公園管理局雇有21989名員工，分別看管397個地點(其中有58個是國家公園)。
