依決洛單抗

依決洛單抗（INN：Edrecolomab；開發代號：MAb17-1A，商品名Panorex），或譯依屈洛單抗，是一種小鼠單株抗體，靶向細胞表面糖蛋白 EpCAM（17-1A），該蛋白在上皮組織和各種癌症上表達。

初步研究表明，該藥物有望應用於III期結直腸癌（伴有淋巴結轉移）患者。^[1]^[2]不過，尚未證明對II期結腸癌（局部晚期癌症但未蔓延到淋巴結）有任何效果。^[3]

依決洛單抗在這些研究中具有良好的耐受性，因此此類研究現在集中於它是否可以用於其他形式的癌症。
