King of Pop（以下简称:KOP）是美国歌手迈克尔·杰克逊的一张合辑，在其50岁生日（2008年8月29日）当天发布。这张专辑与以前的专辑不同，这张专辑是通过世界各国的歌迷投票选出各国版本内包含的歌曲。专辑的名称来源于杰克逊的称号“King of Pop”（流行乐天王）。2008年8月22日，第一个版本德国版（与瑞士版相同）发布。这张专辑已在26个国家或地区发行，每个国家的歌曲表和发布日期略有不同，但只有Billie Jean在世界各国版本中都有出现。目前这张专辑在全球范围内已有500万张的销售量。[2][3]

7月20日，奥地利双碟版的编绘宣布，KOP的奥地利版将在杰克逊生日当天发布。歌迷从歌池内选择了100首歌曲。[4]。奥地利版是唯一包含ABC的版本，这是任何版本中最早的歌曲。

澳大利亚[编辑]

2008年6月20日，索尼BMG澳大利亚（英语：Sony Music Australia）宣布，澳大利亚版的KOP将在杰克逊生日当天发布。从6月21日起，澳大利亚歌迷有三个星期的时间来选择自己喜欢的歌曲。[6][7]歌迷可以从专辑Off the Wall、Thriller、Bad（均为2001年特别版）中每人选择5首歌曲。池内的歌曲还包括了杰克逊五人组时期的7首歌曲，包括"Blame It on the Boogie"、"Can You Feel It"、"ABC"、"I Want You Back"、"I'll Be There"和"Ben"。澳大利亚版是惟一一个包含有You Can't Win的版本。
