丽齿兽（学名：Gorgonops），又译蛇发女妖兽，Gorgon字根来自于希腊神话里的蛇发女妖，是种已灭绝兽孔目动物，生存于二叠纪吴家坪阶的南非卡鲁盆地。
它们是丽齿兽亚目的代表品种，是那个时代的优势掠食动物，其中最大的品种可长到4米长，并且演化出犬齿，还有其他与哺乳类后代一样的特征。有争论关于这时代的单弓类生物是否为温血动物，但也没有足够的证据。
丽齿兽是这类动物里中型到大型的代表，头骨长达20到35公分，随者品种而不同。它们在2.5亿年前二叠纪-三叠纪灭绝事件时被消灭。
大众文化[编辑]
丽齿兽曾在数个由Framestore CFC广播电视公司绘制的电影节目中出现。在BBC的节目与巨兽同行中，丽齿兽曾出现在这连续剧的第三辑。亦出现于电视连续剧远古入侵（Primeval）第一集。
