降亞精胺（英語：Norspermidine，也稱作3,3'-二氨基二丙胺，Bis(3-aminopropyl)amin）是一種有機化合物，分子式C6H17N3，屬於多胺，常溫常壓下為無色液體，有胺的氣味，存在於植物[1][2]、細菌[3]和藻類[4]中，人體中不存在。
