RenderWare引擎（簡稱RW）是英國Criterion Games公司開發的遊戲引擎。

RenderWare是一個跨平台的3D API和圖形渲染引擎，包括圖形、虛擬現實和網絡連接的部分，由英國Criterion Software公司（曾是佳能的全資子公司，現在是美國藝電的一部分）開發，首發於1993年。
它起源於GPU出現之前的CPU軟件渲染時代，與其他同類的引擎競爭，如Argonaut Games的BRender和RenderMorphics的Reality Lab（後者被微軟收購，成為Direct3D）。
RenderWare的主要商業意義在於為PS2圖形編程的困難提供了一個現成的解決方案。當時它被譽為 "索尼的DirectX"。但是在v2版之前，需要使用外部編程或腳本語言才能利用RenderWare。而RenderWare 2開始自帶腳本語言RWX（RenderWare腳本）。但是在RenderWare 3中，RWX被取消了。v3版主要改進了二進制模型文件格式。從v1到v4各個版本之間文件格式並不互通。
RenderWare是跨平台的：它可以運行在Windows以及蘋果Mac OS X上，還有各類主機如GameCube、Wii、Xbox、Xbox 360、PlayStation 2、PlayStation 3和PlayStation Portable。
該引擎下誕生了包括GTA系列、仙劍4、仙劍5、戰地2、大富翁等經典遊戲。
RenderWare在被EA收購後不再出售許可，但EA仍然會履行已有合同提供支持，即在Criterion遭收購之前授權該技術的外部開發人員仍然可以使用該軟件。
最後一版也就是RenderWare 4被EA消化吸收並融入其內部的其他引擎中，不再單獨開發也不再有v5版。EA的高管Bing Gordon曾表示，RenderWare在新世代硬件中的表現不夠好，尤其是在圖形方面來說，RenderWare和Epic Games的虛幻引擎等對手比差強人意。他還表示，RenderWare團隊 "主要是一個開發團隊"（意指EA不願意繼續使用RenderWare）。
