額內回（英語：Medial frontal gyrus）是大腦額葉的一個結構，是額上回在大腦半球的內側面延展[1][2]。嚴格上，額內回和額上回有所不同，但結構上相連[1]。額內回後部與中央旁溝相連，與中央旁小葉相隔[3]。
額內回在人腦的決策制定和執行機制中扮演角色[4][5]。
