埃波月（希伯來語：אָב, 現代 Av 提比里亞 ʾĀḇ，源於阿卡德語 abu），又作阿布月、阿夫月，是猶太教歷的五月、猶太國曆的十一月。該月共有30天，相當於公曆7、8月間。
