2018年斯特拉斯堡槍擊案是指2018年12月11日發生於法國斯特拉斯堡的一起恐怖襲擊事件。當日19時50分，一位男子於Christkindelsmärik（英語：Christkindelsmärik, Strasbourg）開火[4][5][6]，其身份確認為Chérif Chekatt。槍手隨後乘計程車逃離[7][8]。事件造成5人死亡11人受傷，[2]其中4人重傷。當地時間13日晚，嫌犯被警方擊斃於斯特拉斯堡[9]。

Christkindelsmärik（英語：Christkindelsmärik, Strasbourg）是斯特拉斯堡的一處聖誕集市。自從1570年起便已存在[10][11]。早在2000年，法德兩國警方便曾挫敗了一起斯特拉斯堡主教座堂炸彈襲擊陰謀。當時，阿爾及利亞的薩拉菲斯特呼聲與戰鬥小組（英語：Salafist Group for Preaching and Combat）意圖引爆壓力鍋進行襲擊。自此之後，集市便加強了防禦[12]。此外還有多起疑為或確信的襲擊企圖[13]。2016年，馬賽及斯特拉斯堡多人因準備進行恐怖襲擊而被捕，聖誕集會也曾考慮取消，但最後仍舊如期舉行[14]。

2018年12月11日，警察突擊搜索了嫌犯於诺伊多夫（英語：Neudorf (Strasbourg)）的住宅，準備以謀殺未遂罪名將其拘捕[15]。其並不在家，但在屋內發現了一枚手榴彈、一把裝滿子彈的.22口徑長步槍、四把刀子（其中包括兩把獵刀）以及彈藥[11][16][7]。

事件大約於當地時間19:50[17]發生在克勒貝爾廣場附近，即Christkindelsmärik舉辦地點[7]。槍手自Pont du Corbeau進入該區域，然後穿過Rue des Orfèvres，向三個不同的方向開火[18]。又穿過多個街道，持續射擊了十分鐘，此間他高喊著「真主至大（Allahu Akbar‎）」，同時向人群射擊。據報導，嫌犯還使用刀子進行攻擊[1]。隨後，他和一名士兵交火，又遇一名國家警察[18]。一位士兵被射中手部，嫌犯則臂部受傷[18][11][19]。一名45歲的泰國遊客[18]在酒店前被射中頭部死亡，儘管路人一直試著救他。救護車則在45分鐘後方才到達。[11][15]。嫌犯隨後搭乘一輛計程車向諾伊多夫及Place de l'Étoile方向逃離，司機未有受傷並旋即報警，稱搭載了一名帶有武器且受傷的男子[18]。兩天後，得知嫌犯的武器是一把M1892轉輪手槍[20]。

槍擊事件發生後，斯特拉斯堡多個地點被關閉，包括歐盟議會大廈（英語：European Parliament building）。警方使用推特回復公眾信息[21] 。

槍手如今逃遁後，起初大約有來自安全部隊的350位成員搜捕他，還有一些空中單位進行支援[22][18]。第二天，又有500多名人員加入進來，並有1300人作為增援[23]。

與此同時，法國政府將安全等級升為最高[24]，5000人於一個被用作臨時庇護所的運動場中躲避。歐洲議會也被封鎖[11]。議長安東尼奧·塔亞尼於推特上稱：「（歐洲議會）不會被恐怖主義或犯罪襲擊嚇倒，（並將）會繼續工作與應對，通過自由和民主進一步打擊恐怖主義暴力。」[25]

法國當局宣稱其為恐怖主義行為[26]。12月12日19時20分，國家警察向證人打電話，詢問嫌疑人的肖像[23][27]。

槍擊案中共有五人被殺，兩人當場死亡，三人送到醫院後因傷勢過重去世。另有13人受傷，其中五人情況危急[22]。首位死者是一位45歲的泰國男性遊客，其頭部被擊中數次，路人試圖救治他，但終因傷勢過重而不治。其妻子同遭襲擊，不過倖存下來[28]。一位60歲的斯塔拉斯堡當地人在酒店外被射殺。此外還有一位阿富汗男子左腦死亡，兩天後死去。這位男子可能是嫌犯首先射擊的目標。當時嫌犯靠近該男子，輕拍他的肩膀說道：「抱歉，老兄」，隨後射中其頭部[29][30]。

一名士兵被擊中，但嫌犯也同樣受傷[31][32]，根據醫院說法，並無兒童傷亡[1]。

嫌犯[編輯]

嫌犯現年29歲，是一名斯塔拉斯堡出生的阿爾及利亞裔法國公民[33]，名叫Chérif Chekatt（法語發音：[ʃɛʁif tʃɛkat]）[3][34][7]。對於法國、德國及瑞士安全部門來說此人並不陌生，因他被判刑27次，僅在法國就有67次犯罪記錄[8]。2015年他剛剛從法國監獄出來，便因盜竊罪名來到德國辛根監獄服刑，2017年出獄後再次被法國羈押[35]。

嫌犯最近因「宗教極端化」被列入fiche "S"（英語：fiche "S"）（國家安全檔案）中[11][24][36]。據鄰里稱，嫌犯平時普普通通，並將他與更加可疑的哥哥進行比較[37]。在《法蘭西24》中，嫌犯先前於德國的律師 Thomas Roder表示了質疑：「他只有一些輕微罪行，並非特別的案例，我們並未察覺有何激進……如果有人告訴我此人如此危險，我絕對不敢相信。」[38]

內政部國家安全部門的Laurent Nuñez稱嫌犯在監獄中便已經為恐怖主義辯護，但並未預想到他會進行恐怖襲擊[37]。當天早上襲擊發生之前，當地警方因其與一起謀殺未遂案件有關聯而上門抓捕，但並未找到他[15]。

調查與搜捕[編輯]

法國隨後展開調查[11]，四名與嫌犯關係密切的人被拘留並接受訊問[8]，包括他的兩個兄弟，兩人皆與當地的薩拉菲運動有所關聯[39]。

因擔心嫌犯穿過萊茵河逃往德國[40]，城市附近通往瑞士及德國的A35高速公路被關閉。斯特拉斯堡警方與巴登-符騰堡州警察（英語：Baden-Württemberg Police）也加強了協作，城市與德國之間的有軌電車也暫停營運[11]。最終有700多名警員參加了搜捕行動[41]。

12月13日晚，警方在斯特拉斯堡諾伊多夫與梅瑙球場間的區域發現嫌犯，他沖警方開火，警察隨即還擊，將其擊斃[42]。

Chekatt死後，伊斯蘭國宣稱他是他們的「戰士」之一[43][44]。

反應[編輯]

歐洲聯盟執委會主席讓-克洛德·容克、盧森堡首相格扎維埃·貝泰爾[45]及英國首相德蕾莎·梅伊[11]表示了慰問。

邊境管控也得以加強，以防嫌犯逃往德國[46]。襲擊發生第二天，集市被關閉[15]。
