黛博拉·安·哈利（英語：Deborah Ann Harry，1945年7月1日—），原名安潔拉·特林伯（英語：Angela Trimble）^[1]，是美國女歌手、詞曲作家、模特和演員，最令人知曉的身分是身為新浪潮樂團金髮美女的主唱。她與樂團的作品在1979年至1981年期間多次登上美國和英國排行榜的榜首。金髮美女的〈著迷（英语：Rapture (Blondie song)）〉被認為是第一首在美國排名第一的饒舌歌曲。^[3]在20世紀90年代後期重新組建金發女郎之前，哈利的個人事業生涯也相當成功。她也曾出演過電影和電視節目達60多部。
