加冕咸派（英语：Coronation quiche）是英国国王查尔斯三世和卡蜜拉王后所选择作为2023年5月加冕礼的招牌菜[1]。
英国王室的官方网站将这款咸派描述为“外皮酥脆、轻盈，内含菠菜、蚕豆和新鲜龙蒿香料的浓郁咸派”，并称它为可以冷热食用。它的设计目的是在加冕礼期间的公共午餐上享用[2]。
这道菜是由皇家厨师马克·弗拉纳根所设计[1]。之所以选择这道菜，是因为它用途广泛，冷热皆宜，制作简单，成本低廉，而且可以轻松适应各种饮食要求[1]。

此食谱可供六人食用。面饼由面粉、盐、奶油、猪油和牛奶组成；馅料还包括牛奶、双倍奶油、鸡蛋、龙蒿、盐、胡椒、切达起司、菠菜和蚕豆或大豆[3][4]。

总体来说，评论者认为咸派“出乎意料地美味”[6]，一些品尝者打出了9/10分的平均分数[7]。不过，保守党议员雅各·里斯-莫格称这道菜“令人作呕”[8][9]。此外，蚕豆在四月（查尔斯加冕的前一个月）是反季节的，糕点需要猪油（因此不适合素食主义者、纯素主义者、犹太人或穆斯林），鸡蛋在2023年因禽流感而受到限制。在2020年代生活费危机期间，购买原料可能要花费14英镑[10]。尽管如此，在加冕典礼之前，超市里的咸派和派对食品还是大幅增加，2.45英镑的咸派也有贩售[11]。
加冕蛋塔[编辑]
虽然白金汉宫将这道菜命名为咸派，但洛林咸派兄弟会（Confrérie de la Quiche Lorraine）的法国大团长埃维莱娜·穆勒-德尔沃（Évelyne Muller-Dervaux）却说：“我想我会称它为咸蛋塔。”[9]。兄弟会成员洛朗·米尔特根-德林尚（Laurent Miltgen-Delinchamp）说：“我认为如果他们把它称做蛋塔，无论如何都能更好地体现英国精神。”[9][12]《每日电讯报》报道称，这种咸派应该被称为果馅饼[13]。
