約翰·里德利（英語：John Ridley，1965年—），生於美國威斯康辛州，美國作家、編劇和電影導演。2013年歷史劇情片《自由之心》為其贏得奧斯卡最佳改編劇本獎[1][2]，是史上第二位獲此獎項的非洲裔美國人，第一位是傑弗里·弗萊徹。
里德利出生於威斯康辛州密爾沃基，具有非裔血統。畢業於紐約大學東亞語言系。
