《求闻》：COVID-19新冠疫情冲击维基媒体社群发展；伊朗屏蔽维基百科一日 德国峰会取消
- 新冠疫情之下，伊朗当局屏蔽维基百科24小时
【北京3月3日电】伊朗当地时间3月2日下午3时30分（北京时间同日晚8时），伊朗当局开始屏蔽波斯语维基百科。这一屏蔽措施在24小时之后解除。
据监控世界互联网审查的组织“NetBlocks”的资料显示，这一持续24小时的屏蔽措施影响了所有伊朗电信运营商对波斯语维基百科的访问，但其他维基媒体项目和维基百科的其他语言没有受到影响。波斯语维基百科的手机移动版也没有受到影响。
“NetBlocks”认为，在各类有关新冠肺炎的流言在伊朗网络平台上大肆传播、政要同样受新冠肺炎感染、民众普遍批评政府不作为的背景下，伊朗当局屏蔽维基百科的举动跟新冠肺炎疫情下，当局试图控制信息流动有很大关系。
美联社报道说，此举引发外界对伊朗政府再度全国断网的担忧。去年11月，伊朗政府因蔓延全国的游行示威而决定全国断网一星期。同在去年11月举办的维基百科亚洲月活动也因伊朗政府断网，当地维基百科编者没法编写条目，而延长一星期的时间。

【北京2月29日电】因正在全球多地蔓延的新型冠状病毒疫情，基金会有关人员宣布，原定于4月3日至5日于德国柏林举办的“维基媒体峰会”（Wikimedia Summit），原名“Wikimedia Conference”的会议将被取消。有关会议议程将在网络上进行，取代线下实体聚会。
【北京2月29日电】郦安治说，有关今年八月预订在曼谷召开的Wikimania是否会因为新型冠状病毒而取消的决定将在三月底前公布。
【多伦多3月4日电】今年的北美维基峰会（WikiConference North America）将在加拿大多伦多的多伦多大学举办。活动预计的举办日期是2020年10月16日至18日。这次峰会预计开支15万美元，约合102万人民币。目前有关这次峰会的拨款请求还在讨论中。 针对同性恋LGBT等人士的“酷儿维基百科”（Queering Wikipedia）活动预计将于5月21日至24日在奥地利东北部城市林茨举办。这次活动的公开报名时间到3月30日截止。目前这次活动还没有透露出因当前肆虐全球的新型冠状病毒COVID-19疫情而取消的消息。 此前，基金会和德国维基媒体协会宣布今年的维基媒体峰会（Wikimedia Summit）的所有线下实体会议因新冠病毒疫情而取消。

《求闻》：Wikimania延期至明年举办 汇总新冠疫情对维基媒体的影响
内容提要：
- 预定今年8月在泰国曼谷举办的Wikimania至明年，但情况仍有余地；
- 全球多地各类维基活动大多都受新冠肺炎疫情影响严重，多个活动被暂停，且即使疫情好转也难以恢复；
- 中国大陆活动将于5月恢复，台湾地区活动受影响较少，香港用户组2月3日宣布一切活动暂停。
【北京3月20日电】原本预定2020年8月在泰国曼谷举办的Wikimania将因当前正在进行的新型冠状病毒（COVID-19）疫情而延期到2021年举办。
在一封公开信中，维基媒体基金会首席执行官、执行董事凯瑟琳·马赫以“东亚-东南亚-太平洋区域合作组织（ESEAP）核心组织团队”“维基媒体掌舵委员会”和“维基媒体基金会活动团队”的名义，向其他维基人公布了这一决定。
2月底时，郦安治说，要在“3月底之前”作出有关Wikimania能否如期举办的决定。ESEAP组织也连同基金会给出联合声明，说有关是否延期举办的细节将在今后发布。凯瑟琳·马赫的这封发布在北京时间19日凌晨的公开信应该就是这几次消息所指的正式声明。
公开信中，凯瑟琳·马赫尔今年曼谷的Wikimania是被“延后”到明年的。至于其具体在明年何时举办的细节......
