恋腹癖（英语：alvinolagnia或belly fetish）是一种恋物癖形式，指个人对腰部[1][2][3][4][5][6]或腹部有性的偏好。[7]

观看与触摸[编辑]

人类学家与行为学家已经发现了具体的证据，腰围和臀围的比例：腰臀比是女性吸引力的重要量度[8][9]，一些人则偏好于结实的腹肌与人鱼线[10]。另外一些恋腹癖者的性欲会因为触摸或摩擦腹部而被唤起。[11]

饰品或纹身[编辑]

有些人会以穿脐环（英语：navel piercing）、挂肚链（英语：belly chain）或纹身等方式来修饰自己的腹部外观[12]，而这些配件有着五花八门的款式。[13]

加拿大杂志《Flare（英语：Flare_(magazine)）》的总编辑Rebecca Perrin在一篇文章中提到：“女人的腰与臀是她们身体中最具吸引力的两个部位，应该要鼓励女人展现它们，而不是指责它。”碧昂丝[14][15] 、蕾哈娜[16]和麦莉·希拉等艺人都以展示自己的肚链而闻名。[17]

穿脐环[18]和肚脐刺青[19]在年轻女孩中较为常见。1990年代起，这两者成为一种日渐流行的趋势[20]。在中年女性间也颇受欢迎[21][22]。有一些肚链可以和脐环相连接，称之为脐环链（pierced belly chains）<[23]。 与脐环类似、髋环（英语：Hip piercing）在女性时尚里也象征的表达大胆的个性。[24]

腰部的刺青可以吸引他人的目光[25]，相较于男性、在该部位刺青的通常是女性。其图案从部落图腾到各种花朵，十分多样[25][26]。有些女性也会在后腰刺青[27]，并穿着露脐上衣、低腰牛仔裤或短裙来展现它们。[28]

在某些情况下，围绕在女性腰部的围巾或裙子等松散的衣物可能会引起人们的性欲[29]，而这些衣物在肚皮舞中是很常见的。[28][30]

与其它恋物癖的联集[编辑]

恋腹癖通常会伴随着恋脐癖。[31][32]

恋腹癖模特儿Helena Strong 表示“大众喜欢的是我的肚子，这是我唯一暴露的部位。多数有着恋腹癖的人若是看到我全身赤裸反而会尴尬。”[33]

西方文化[编辑]

某些观点认为恋脐癖是让西方时尚里频繁地出现女性暴露髋骨的成因[34] 。根据All-Bran（英语：All-Bran）对2000名30岁以上女性所进行的研究发现，67%的女性表示女性名人会让女人穿着露肚脐的服装这件事变得更容易令人接受[35]。在维多利亚时代，美丽女人的判定标准之一就是她是否具有纤腰。[36]一些能露出肚脐的流行服装于20世纪后开始出现，例如1946年问世的比基尼泳衣[37]、1970年代的啦啦队时装[38]和1990年待的低腰裤[39]都助长了风气。Midriff（英语：Midriff）也因为在20世纪流行音乐歌手的音乐录影带里曝光而逐渐成为大众文化。[40][41][42] 这促使女性愿意穿着露脐上衣或比基尼泳装。[43]
