猫龙兽属（学名：Aelurosaurus）是已灭绝合弓纲的一属，属于兽孔目的丽齿兽亚目，化石发现于南非卡鲁盆地的小头兽组合带（Cistecephalus assemblage zone），地质年代为二叠纪晚期吴家坪阶。猫龙兽的头颅骨长13公分，完整身长估计约0.7公尺。
模式种是A. felinus，是在1881年由理查·欧文所叙述、命名。猫龙兽的属名意为“猫蜥蜴”。之后有4个种被归类于猫龙兽，分别为：A. angusticeps、A. felinus、A. striatidens、以及A. whaitsi[1]。
