珍·瑪麗·林奇（英語：Jane Lynch，1960年7月14日—），美國喜劇演員、電視和電影演員、歌手。她自2009年投入霍士音樂喜劇電視節目《吉列合唱團》，飾演素兒·西爾維斯特，並以此角色獲得艾美獎和金球獎肯定。她也曾演出《人狗對對碰》、《處男40戇居居》、《模範大哥哥》等喜劇電影，近期作品則包括電視劇《拉字至上》的律師喬伊斯、《宅男 1 pair 半》裏愛挖苦查理的治療師，以及《心理追兇》中雷德的母親、戴安娜·雷德醫師。畢業於伊利諾州立大學戲劇學系、康乃爾大學美術碩士學位MFA。
