香柑內酯5-甲氧補骨脂素)是一種存在於香檸檬精油與其他柑橘屬植物精油[1],以及葡萄柚汁中的呋喃香豆素 (furanocoumarin),屬補骨脂素的衍生物。[2] 它是香檸檬精油中引起光敏性(光毒性)的活性物質。[3] 目前市面上的香水採用的是不含香柑內酯的香檸檬精油或人工合成的類似香味物質。

醫學上香柑內酯與長波紫外線(UVA)一同用於銀屑病長波紫外線光化治療[4][5]
