揭秘計劃（英語：The Disclosure Project），也譯為揭秘工程，是一個位於美國華盛頓哥倫比亞特區的非營利組織。它是外星智慧生命研究中心旗下的一個項目，由史蒂芬·格里爾於1993年發起[3][4]，該組織致力於向公眾披露政府對UFO、外星人、先進能源與推進系統所了解的真相[5][6]。該工程旨在分享與不明飛行物有關的內幕消息，赦免那些願意違反安全誓言的政府吹哨人[7]。

[編輯]2017年5月23日，歐查德（Orchard）發行了以揭秘計劃創始人格里爾的研究為主題[8]的紀錄片《未曾確認》。31日，《荷里活報道》稱，該影片號稱揭秘計劃披露了重大星際秘密，格里爾稱，時任美國國務卿希拉里·克林頓和當時其他政府高級官員全都知道外星人的造訪千真萬確[9]。
