通用行为准则执行规范投票的选民反馈报告以及执行规范的修订讨论

通用行为准则项目团队已经对通用行为准则执行规范批准投票的选民反馈完成分析。2022年3月，通用行为准则执行规范草案进行了社群投票。尽管投票结果显示，最终总票数中有1338票为赞成票，但考量也有945票为反对票的情形下，维基媒体基金会理事会的社群事务委员会决定要求基金会协助进行新一轮的社群咨询、重新召集起草委员会根据投票评论栏所提出的意见完善执行规范，而后再次进行社群投票，以确保执行规范能有社群强力支持后再进行理事会的正式批准。

今年的投票一共有137个社群的选民参与投票，中文维基百科也是最多人参与的社群之一。最多人参与的九个社群为：英语、德语、法语、俄语、波兰语、西班牙语、中文、日语、意大利语维基百科，还有元维基。选民在投票时有机会就草案的内容做评论。一共有658名选民留下了评论。77％的评论以英语书写。有来自24种语言的评论，数量最多的为英语（508），其次为德语（34）、日语（28）、法语（25）和俄语（12）。通用行为准则项目团队将此报告提交给修订起草委员会，委员会将根据这些社群反馈来完善执行规范。您可以在元维基上阅读此报告。

为协助修订委员会识别通用行为准则执行规范应改进的部分，团队正在征求社群对几个问题的意见，以提供委员会审查。您觉得通用行为准则执行规范要涵盖哪些层面、如何实际运作，才能对中文社群有最大效益？要如何实施才能解决中文社群面临的问题？邀请您阅读元维基上的页面（执行规范修订讨论、政策文本修订讨论）并参与新一轮的社群讨论，我们会将您的想法提交给委员会。通用行为准则项目团队也正与理事会一同制定接下来工作的时间表，并会在下个月公布。

    • Lexicographical data: We finished work on input validation and displaying errors for faulty input (phab:T305854) and are continuing work on accessibility improvements such as screen reader support and keyboard navigation (phab:T290733, phab:T30535).
    • REST API: We finished implementation of conditional statement requests (phab:T307031, phab:T307032) and published the OpenAPI specification document (still subject to change as the API develops). We started working on the write part of the API with adding statements to an Item (phab:T306667).

Would your community be interested by "Add an image"?／你们的社群是否会对“添加图片”功能感兴趣？

The Growth team has created a feature called "Add an image". It helps newcomers to add an image to an unillustrated article. You can test it at test.wikipedia.org or at any other wikis where it is deployed.

Of course, newcomers won't import a random images: we suggest one image, based on the same topic articles that have an image, or the Wikidata item image. Only articles without any image (or without any infobox) are suggested. Newcomers have to check if the image is correct, and then write a caption based on the article content and the image. At pilot wikis where we test this feature, the revert rate is quite low.

Do you think your community would like to test this feature in advance? The images suggestions with image suggestions will be available at Special:Homepage, for a 50% of newcomers. The test would start mid-June.

  1. 《维基百科不是词典》：以英文维基百科版本方针为基础，重写长年未更新之内容。（讨论纪录）
  2. 《非原创研究方针》：澄清部分条文之表述。（讨论纪录）
  3. 《人事任免投票资格方针》：删除注册满七日始具人事任免投票资格之条件。（讨论纪录）

    • New requests for permissions/Bot:
      • William Avery Bot 7. Task/s: Merge multiple references on the same claim citing Accademia delle Scienze di Torino.
  • Tool of the week
    • IsisCB Explore - is a research tool for the history of science whose books and subjects use imagery from Wikidata.
  • Other Noteworthy Stuff
    • Template Item documentation now includes a query to the corresponding lexemes. This is an attempt to make navigation between lexemes and items easier. For the record, Item documentation is available in the header of the talk page for each item.
  • Development
    • Lexicographical data: We are wrapping up the coding on the new Special:NewLexeme page. Testing and rolll-out will follow soon. We are still working on making it easier to find languages in the language selector on the Special:NewLexeme page. (phab:T307869)
    • REST API: We are continuing to code on the ability to create statements on an Item (phab:T306667)
    • Investigating an issue with labels not being shown after merges (phab:T309445)
    • Preparation for upcoming work: We are planning the next work on the Mismatch Finder to address feedback we have received so far as well as EntitySchemas to make them more integrated with other areas of Wikidata.
