尿道括約肌（英語：urethral sphincter）發源於坐恥支（英語：ischiopubic ramus），另一端探入互相交錯的肌纖維之中。它由兩塊肌肉構成，由陰部神經位於深層會陰部分所控制，依照神經指示來收縮尿道。^[1]

尿道括約肌可分為兩部分：尿道內括約肌（英語：internal sphincter muscle of urethra）與尿道外括約肌。其中，尿道內括約肌位於膀胱內側出口、尿道、膀胱接口處，是逼尿肌的延伸，由平滑肌構成，因此其運動即可為非自主也可自主。這是控制排尿的主要肌肉。
