異檸檬酸裂合酶(英語:Isocitrate lyase,縮寫ICL,EC 4.1.3.1)是以一種在乙醛酸循環中將異檸檬酸切割為乙醛酸和琥珀酸的酶[2][3]。其產物再通過蘋果酸合酶合成蘋果酸,跳過了三羧酸循環(TCA循環)中脫去CO2的兩步。這一途徑廣泛存在於細菌、真菌與植物中。[4]
機制
[編輯]異檸檬酸裂合酶屬於異檸檬酸裂合酶家族,該家族的其它成員有羧乙烯基-羧基膦酸酯磷醯基變位酶(EC 2.7.8.23),以及磷酸烯醇式丙酮酸變位酶(EC 5.4.2.9,參與草丁膦類三肽抗生素的合成)。
在乙醛酸循環中,蘋果酸合酶可催化乙醯輔酶A與乙醛酸縮合形成蘋果酸從而使循環得以繼續。
