蛛毒素受體2(英語:Latrophilin 2)是一種在人類中由ADGRL2基因編碼的蛋白質。[5][6]
該基因編碼G蛋白偶聯受體(GPCR)的蛛毒素受體亞家族成員。蛛毒素受體可能在細胞黏附和訊息傳遞中發揮作用。在非人類物種的實驗中,富含半胱胺酸的GPS(G蛋白偶聯受體蛋白水解位點)結構域內的內源性蛋白水解切割產生兩個亞基(一個大的細胞外N末端細胞黏附亞基和一個與GPCR的胰泌素/降鈣素家族具有實質相似性的亞基)非共價結合在細胞膜上。雖然已經描述了幾種轉錄變體,但僅確定了其中一種的生物學有效性。[6]
