甘露糖結合凝集素絲氨酸蛋白酶1 （Mannan-binding lectin serine protease 1，也被稱為 甘露糖相關絲氨酸蛋白酶1，mannose-associated serine protease 1，縮寫MASP-1）是由人類基因 MASP1 編碼的一種酶。[1][2][3]
MASP-1參與補體系統的凝集素途徑，負責的切割C4和C2形成C4b2a，作為C3-轉化酶參與下一步的反應。[4]
