三尖齒獸目（學名Triconodonta），又名三椎齒獸目，是一類早期的哺乳動物。牠們與現今哺乳動物的祖先是近親，生存於三疊紀至白堊紀期間。牠們是其中一類可以從定義上被分類為哺乳類。
三尖齒獸目都有一個共通的特徵，就是牙齒上有三個圓錐。牠們也有原哺乳動物的形態，包括細小、有毛、有四肢及尾巴。牠們有可能是夜間活動的，以避開恐龍等掠食者。夜間牠們會由巢穴中出來覓食，吃細小的爬行類及昆蟲。不過，近期的研究發現一些如爬獸等的三尖齒獸目是會掠食細小的恐龍。
