吉安·加斯托内·德·美第奇

吉安·加斯托内·德·美第奇（意大利语：Gian Gastone de' Medici，1671年5月24日－1737年7月9日）是美第奇家族第7任也是最后一任的托斯卡纳大公。吉安是科西莫三世的次子。[1]1697年吉安和一个富裕的寡妇萨克森劳恩堡的安娜·玛丽亚·弗郎西斯卡结婚，吉安鄙视她，而安娜亦然，夫妻俩没有后代。当吉安·加斯托内的长兄斐迪南去世后，吉安在1723年继承科西莫三世，担任托斯卡纳大公。
