頭孢洛扎^[1]（ceftolozane）是第五代頭孢類抗生素，用來治療對常規抗生素耐藥的革蘭氏陰性菌^[2]。實驗證明其對尿路感染、腹腔內感染、呼吸機相關性細菌性肺炎有效。

頭孢洛扎常與他唑巴坦與β-內醯胺酶抑制劑他唑巴坦（英語：Tazobactam）聯用，有防止頭孢洛扎分解的作用。聯用的頭孢洛扎/他唑巴坦商品名為「Zerbaxa」^[3]^[4]^[5]^[6]^[7]。證據表明頭孢洛扎可以治療複雜尿路感染與複雜腹腔內感染^[8]。
