茱莉安·摩爾（英語：Julianne Moore，1960年12月3日—），本名茱莉·安·史密斯（英語：Julie Anne Smith），美國女演員。

2014年，摩爾以《寂寞星圖（英语：Maps to the Stars）》（Maps to the Stars）獲得坎城影展最佳女演員獎後，成為繼茱麗葉·畢諾許之後，影史上第二位在三大影展（坎城影展、柏林影展、威尼斯影展）都奪下最佳女演員獎的大滿貫影后[3]；2014年，她再獲得第87届奧斯卡金像獎最佳女主角獎。[4]因此，摩亞被譽為擁有「三大一奧」殊榮的頂尖演員，展現了她在國際影壇的卓越地位與演技實力。

茱莉安·摩爾出生於北卡羅萊納州布拉格堡軍事基地，鄰近費耶特維爾，原名為茱莉·安·史密斯（Julie Anne Smith）。摩爾的母親安（Anne）是一名從蘇格蘭移居的精神病學社會家，父親彼得·摩爾·史密斯（Peter Moore Smith）曾是美國陸軍傘兵軍官，官至上校，其後通過司法訓成為軍事法官。摩爾的父親來自紐澤西州伯靈頓，有德國、愛爾蘭、威爾士、德國猶太人和英格蘭血統[5]。摩爾有一個妹妹瓦勒莉，以及一個弟弟，小說家彼得·摩爾·史密斯三世。摩爾身為軍眷，跟隨父親職務調動而在美國與德國之間長大，高中時在德國法蘭克福就讀法蘭克福美國高中，於1979年畢業，之後在波士頓大學拿到公演藝術學系學士學位，於1983年畢業。

茱莉安·摩爾結過兩次婚：第一任丈夫是約翰·古德·魯賓 (結婚於1986年5月3日－1995年8月25日)；2003年8月23日，摩爾和導演巴特·弗羅因德利希（英语：Bart Freundlich）結婚，他們從1996年開始交往，有兩個孩子：兒子凱樂·弗羅因德利希 (Caleb Freundlich，出生於1997年12月4日)、女兒麗芙·海倫·弗羅因德利希 (Liv Helen Freundlich，出生於2002年4月11日)。

代言破局

茱莉安·摩爾在2015年拍好的土耳其觀光宣傳廣告，卻遭土耳其當局打槍，理由竟是「演技差」。據國外媒體報導，她去年在洛杉磯拍攝該宣傳片，劇情設定她在飛機上回憶童年造訪土耳其的點點滴滴，共耗資400萬美元（約新台幣1.26億元）。廣告原定2015年2月播出，但土耳其文化與旅遊部看了成品後，不滿意她的表現，要求重拍遭她拒絕，整項企劃延宕1年後宣告取消，也讓廣告商預估150萬美元（約新台幣4,700萬元）的收益泡湯。據悉，有土耳其官員認為她的形象抑鬱，當初起用她擔任代言人即引起爭議，廣告公司則認為她能吸引英、美有錢觀光客，但結果仍破局。[7]
