骷髅旗队（也称死亡总队，SS-Totenkopfverbände，其中的Totenkopf是骷髅的意思，而verbände是verband的复数，解释为组织或协会），这是专门从事灭绝活动的组织。
事实上，骷髅旗队只是一个泛称，是指二战时期管理纳粹集中营及滅絕营的党卫队，包括辅警、武装SS、普通SS与专门的「特别队员」。[1][2]
