16BO133病毒是严重急性呼吸道综合征相关冠状病毒(SARSr-CoV)的一个病毒株,在韩国的马铁菊头蝠中发现,于2019年发表,其基因组被完整定序,是首个被完整定序的韩国SARSr-CoV病毒株,在SARSr-CoV中属于SARS-CoV相关病毒,与其基因组序列相似度为82.8%。
发现
[编辑]16BO133病毒于2016年在韩国马铁菊头蝠的口腔样本中被发现,此病毒株的基因组长29075nt。在SARSr-CoV中,16BO133和2016年发表、自中国吉林马铁菊头蝠中发现的JTMC15病毒最为接近,基因组核酸序列相似度为98.3%,与其他SARSr-CoV相较之下,这两个病毒株因为ORF7b末端的框移突变而丧失了ORF8[1][2]。16BO133病毒和SARS-CoV的基因组核酸序列相似度则为82.8%[3]。
过去虽有其他SARSr-CoV病毒株在韩国被发现(B15-21病毒等),但皆无完整序列定序[4],16BO133病毒是首个被完整定序的韩国SARSr-CoV病毒株[1]。
