胰島素樣生長因子結合蛋白（英語：Insulin-like growth factor-binding protein，縮寫IGFBP）是胰島素樣生長因子1（IGF-1）的載體蛋白[2]。
功能[編輯]
大約有98%的IGF-1都結合到IGFBP上，其中IGFBP-3是最常見的結合蛋白，大約所有IGF中的80%都與之結合。
