鈣調磷酸酶

鈣調磷酸酶[1](英語:Calcineurin,CaN)是鈣和鈣調蛋白依賴性的絲氨酸/蘇氨酸蛋白磷酸酶;亦稱為蛋白磷酸酶3(PPP3),舊稱蛋白磷酸酶2B(PP2B)。其在體內的作用為啟動T細胞並可以通過藥物來阻斷這一過程。
鈣調磷酸酶為很多種免疫抑制藥的作用對象如:環孢黴素,吡美莫司和他克莫司。
