CD66b（cluster of differentiation 66，分化簇66b，也稱為「癌胚抗原相關細胞黏附分子8」，Carcinoembryonic antigen-related cell adhesion molecule 8，縮寫CEACAM8）是一種細胞表面蛋白質，屬於癌胚抗原（CEA）蛋白質家族，通過糖磷脂醯肌醇（GPI）錨定在細胞膜上，在顆粒球上高表現，可作為顆粒球的標誌物，參與細胞黏附、細胞遷移和病原體識別 。
