四硫化三铁是蓝黑色(有时是粉红色)铁和硫的化合物,化学式为Fe3S4或FeS·Fe2S3,与四氧化三铁类似。自然界中存在于硫矿物胶黄铁矿,具有顺磁性。它是一种由趋磁细菌制造的生物矿。它是一种混合价态化合物,Fe2+与Fe3+的比例为1:2。
