科马约鳄属（学名：Comahuesuchus，意为“科马约（英语：Comahue）鳄鱼”）是小型的鳄形类，为科马约鳄科的模式属，可能也是唯一的属^[1]，生存于晚白垩世。本属仅含单一物种短面科马约鳄，得名自其宽而短的脸部^[2]，化石发现于阿根廷内乌肯省与内格罗河省交界地带附近的内格罗河流域^[3]。

科马约鳄的模式标本标号为MUCPv-202。

科马约鳄是科马约鳄科演化支的名称来源。塞里诺等人的2003研究认为科马约鳄与鸭鳄共同属于这个演化支，但Martinelli以及Andrade等人（2006年）的研究则认为鸭鳄并不属于科马约鳄科。科马约鳄似乎较为接近马里利亚鳄。
