高絲氨酸脫氫酶(英語:homoserine dehydrogenaseEC 1.1.1.3頁面存檔備份,存於互聯網檔案館))是一種以NAD+NADP+受體、作用於供體CH-OH基團上的氧化還原酶。這種催化以下酶促反應

L-高絲氨酸 + NAD(P) L-天冬氨酸半醛 + NAD(P)H + H+

高絲氨酸脫氫酶參與甘氨酸絲氨酸蘇氨酸代謝以及離胺酸生物合成。高絲氨酸脫氫酶參與天冬氨酸途徑的第三步反應,在NAD或NADP的參與下將天冬氨酸半醛還原為高絲氨酸[1][2]
