阿得拉尔阿得拉(英語:AdderallAdderall XRMydayis)是一种复方药英语combination drug,包含中樞神經系統兴奋剂苯丙胺的两种对映异构体的四种盐类。阿得拉尔主要用于治疗注意力不足過動症(ADHD)和發作性嗜睡病,也有人用它作运动员兴奋剂英语Performance-enhancing substance益智药,以及享乐时用作春药欣快剂
