伊莲娜·雅各布（Irène Jacob，1966年7月15日—），瑞士女演员。伊莲娜·雅各布出生于法国上塞纳省叙雷讷，后来随着家人搬到瑞士日内瓦，接着她对演戏开始产生了兴趣。她精通英语、法语、德语及意大利语。

1987年，伊莲娜·雅各布在著名法国导演路易·马勒的电影《再见了，孩子们》中作首次演出。后来她被导演基斯洛夫斯基相重，演出《两生花》（1991年），获得戛纳电影节最佳女主角的殊荣。之后在《红》（1994年）当中，基斯洛夫斯基导演再次指定她饰演女主角，进而受到国际影坛的注目。
