纯色鹦哥属（学名：Brotogeris，台湾作班翅鹦鹉属）是金刚鹦鹉科下的一个属。[2]本属是一群分布于中南美洲的小型绿色鹦鹉，目前下属8个物种。[2]
命名与分类学[编辑]
纯色鹦哥属是由爱尔兰动物学家尼古拉斯·艾尔沃德·维格于1832年所建立的属。[3][4]其模式种同时由维格指定为灰颊鹦哥。[1]其属名Brotogeris源自于古希腊语的βροτογηρυς（罗马化：brotogērus），意思是“有人类声音的”。[5]

在生物分类学上，这个属因为其外观型态相似的关系，常常与Forpus、Touit及Nannopsittaca并列。[7]:2861975年时，德国鸟类学家汉斯·埃德蒙·沃尔特斯将这个属与Nannopsittaca归类于亚科层级的Brotogeryinae下，并将本属划分为两个亚属——Brotogeris及Tirica。[8][9]但现在根据研究，本属隶属于金刚鹦鹉亚科Androglossini族。[6][10]这个属与灰胸鹦哥属互为姊妹群，两者约在16—19百万年前分化成两个属的，而纯色鹦哥属内部则在大约600万年前开始分化成现今的8个物种。[11]
形态特征[编辑]
本属的鹦鹉均为体型较小的绿色鹦鹉，翅膀长、尖；而尾巴较为尖细，尾羽长度上均较Forpus及Touit属的鹦鹉来得长。[12]如同其他居于金刚鹦鹉亚科成员，本属鹦鹉缺乏尾脂腺，而是以粉末状的物质保持其羽毛整洁。[7]:287雌雄同色，幼鸟与成鸟相似。[12]
居住环境及行为[编辑]
本属鸟类会在森林、农田和公园等多种有树木的栖息地活动，是一种树栖性群聚鸟类。[12]其食性多样，自食蜜、食白蚁、淡水螺皆有可能。[7]:310
保护情况[编辑]
该属鹦鹉均受《濒危野生动植物种国际贸易公约》所保护，并被列于附录二内。[13]在整个纯色鹦哥属内，仅有灰颊鹦哥因遭受过度的栖地损失及捕捉贸易因素而被列为易危物种，估计其总族群约有15000只。[14]
