《青春不留白[1][2]》（英語：Live While We're Young），是英國-愛爾蘭男子團體1世代的一首歌曲，收錄於他們的第2張錄音室專輯《青春滿屋（英語：Take Me Home (One Direction album)）》。歌曲由沙凡·科提查、拉米·雅各布和卡爾·福克（英語：Carl Falk）創作，其製作則由前2者參與。2012年9月28日。歌曲作為專輯的首張單曲發行。這首歌曲是一首快節奏的泡泡糖流行歌曲，包含搖滾低音、聲樂和聲、拍掌聲、突出電吉他即興段和重複合成器聲等元素。歌曲的副歌和橋段有着無歌詞的伴奏，其開場的吉他即興段與衝擊合唱團1982年單曲《Should I Stay or Should I Go（英語：Should I Stay or Should I Go）》相似。
