早餐面包卷（英语：breakfast roll；爱尔兰语：rollóg bhricfeasta) 是圆面包夹传统英式食材的早餐。爱尔兰的便利商店、书报摊、超市、加油站和休闲餐厅等，均售有各式各样的早餐面包卷。[1][2][3]

维多利亚时代，英格兰的路边小贩会向去工厂上班的工人，兜售夹有火腿香肠或蛋的圆面包。[4]爱尔兰是英格兰的殖民地，承袭了英国烹饪饮食习惯及食谱；早餐面包卷是一种披着爱尔兰外衣的英式食物。
食谱[编辑]
典型的早餐面包卷使用圆面包或法式长棍面包，可以加馅料如：香肠、培根、白布丁或黑布丁、蛋、奶油、蘑菇、番茄；番茄酱或棕酱。有些会加薯饼、焗豆或煎蛋。常用的面包有三种：软式潜艇三明治面包，半圆球形餐包或半根法式长棍面包。半根法式长棍面包烤成半熟后、冷冻送达商店，这样就可以快速做成“现烤”面包。“全日早餐”三明治，则包含部分或全部的上述馅料，可以用切片的吐司面包取代传统的三明治面包。

由于在爱尔兰，早餐面包卷十分常见（与新歌创作），谐星Pat Shortt创作了“巨大早餐卷（Jumbo Breakfast Roll）”一曲，在爱尔兰音乐排行榜上连续六周第一。[5] 同时也是2000年前后，爱尔兰排行榜上最畅销歌曲第11位。[6]
爱尔兰称为塞尔提克之虎，经济飞速增长的1990至2000年间，曾一度要将早餐面包卷当作国家代表食物；[4] 2000年晚期，爱尔兰经济泡沫化之前，忙于工程，需要有便于携带的食物建筑承包商因此被称为“早餐面包卷人（Breakfast Roll Man）”。[7] ethem efendi kahvaltı （页面存档备份，存于互联网档案馆）
