吉爾吉斯共和國國家銀行（英語：National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic，簡稱NBKR）是吉爾吉斯斯坦的中央銀行，負責發行貨幣吉爾吉斯斯坦索姆。其屬於非營利性質的獨立法人實體，對外代表吉爾吉斯共和國參與國際活動。

1997年7月29日發布的《吉爾吉斯共和國國家銀行法》（頁面存檔備份，存於網際網路檔案館）規定了吉爾吉斯共和國國家銀行的總體目標是通過實施適當的貨幣政策來實現和維持物價穩定；因此其首要任務是維持國家法定貨幣吉爾吉斯斯坦索姆的購買力，和保持國家銀行支付系統的穩定運作[4]。

職能[編輯]

為了執行其分配的任務，吉爾吉斯共和國國家銀行依法獨立管理，並從事以下活動[5][4]：

  • 1.制定，確定並實現金融政策；
  • 2.調控和監管銀行和金融信貸機構在法律許可下運營 ；
  • 3.研究、開發並實施統一的貨幣政策；
  • 4.全權負責發行貨幣；
  • 5.促進支付系統的有效運作；
  • 6.制定開展銀行業務，銀行體系核算及報告的法規。

組織結構[編輯]

吉爾吉斯共和國國家最高管理機構為董事會。董事會由七名全職工作的成員組成，成員由國會選出再由吉爾吉斯斯坦總統任命[6]；
國家銀行總部由21個部門組成，在總部外還設有六個地區分行和一個駐巴特肯州代表處，分別為[7]：
