艾伦·李·德杰尼勒斯（Ellen Lee DeGeneres，1958年1月26日－）是一位美國演員及单口相声（栋笃笑）喜剧演员（stand-up comedian），現在她主持脫口秀節目「艾倫·狄珍妮秀」（The Ellen DeGeneres Show）及在「美國偶像」（American Idol）第九季擔任評審。曾主持第79屆奧斯卡金像獎，亦曾多次憑「艾倫·狄珍妮秀」獲得艾美獎。

德杰尼勒斯在美國路易斯安那州麦塔瑞出生，她的父親艾略特是一名 保險銷售員，母親是貝蒂（Betty DeGeneres）是一名言語治療師（speech therapist）。她擁有法國、英國、德國和愛爾蘭的血統。在13歲之前，她成長於基督教科學會（Christian Science）的家庭中。1973年，她的父母申請分居，隔年離婚。她的母親貝蒂隨後改嫁給Roy Gruessendorf。 1976年5月，狄珍妮畢業於亞特蘭大高中（Atlanta High School）。畢業後，她搬回紐奧良州進入紐奧良大學（University of New Orleans），主修傳播學（communication studies）。一個學期後，她離開學校進入一家法律顧問公司從事神職工作（clerical work），她同時也在湖濱購物中心（Lakeside Shopping Center）中的連鎖服飾店Merry-Go-Round賣衣服。她其他的工作經驗包括：在星期五餐廳（TGI Friday's）當服務員、房屋油漆工（house painter）、招待員、酒保。她的漫畫作品中，許多都與她的童年生活及工作經驗有關。

狄珍妮在1997年出櫃後不久，和演員安妮·海切（Anne Heche）開始了一段感情，她們的關係被小報大肆報道，但最後於2000年以分手收場。[2]跟著，狄珍妮與演員／導演／攝影師亚历山德拉·哈迪森（Alexandra Hedison）開始約會。[3]2004年，狄珍妮與曾在《甜心俏佳人》飾演Nelle Porter的波蒂亞·德·羅西（Portia de Rossi）開始了另一段感情，兩人於2008年8月16日在加州結婚。[4]
