达罗毗荼语系(Dravida,又称德拉维达语系)分布在印度南部和西部的泰米尔纳德邦、卡纳塔克邦、安得拉邦、喀拉拉邦西孟加拉邦和巴基斯坦的一个小地区,包括75种语言,其中马拉雅拉姆语、泰米尔语、泰卢固语、卡纳达语被认定为官方语言。泰米尔语也是斯里兰卡和新加坡的官方语言。他們的語言在信德省、俾路支斯坦和阿富汗也找到。
