甲萘醌(英語:Menadione,2-甲基-1,4-萘醌,有時也稱作維生素K3)[2]是一種化學式為C6H4(CO)2C2H(CH3)的有機化合物。
此物在體內可由NQO1和UBIAD1轉化為維生素K(K2, MK-4),[3]但過量使用會導致活性氧類產生。[4]K3一般是合成產生,用作動物飼料和低收入地區的人類營養補充劑。根據歐洲食品安全局的報告,K3用於動物飼料時從未導致過毒性產生。[5]
口服天然形式的維生素K1、K2也會在體內生成K3。[2]K3可以穿透血腦屏障。[3]
