祖宗成法（拉丁語：mos maiorum）是古羅馬傳統的核心概念和社會準則，由羅馬王國時期開始於世家大族內部代代相傳的不成文家族傳統規範。與成文法相區別，但同時也對成文法產生重要補充^[1]。羅馬祖訓對古羅馬時期的社會生活、軍政體系都產生了重要影響^[2]。
