國際義人（希伯来语：חסידי אומות העולם‎，Chassidey Umot HaOlam，字義為：世界各國正義之人），本為猶太教用來稱呼遵守挪亞七律，可指望進入天國的非猶太人。

現今的世俗用法，是以色列國稱呼那些甘冒性命危險，拯救猶太人免遭屠殺的非猶太人。以色列國也向國際義人頒授國際義人獎。

 波兰 6,066 德軍侵佔波蘭後，宣布任何人在家中或物業收留猶太人，全家會遭殺害；向猶太人提供食物或水則會被殺。這是納粹德軍暴掠歐洲期間最嚴厲的暴刑。[1][2]
 荷兰 4,863 包括兩位居住於荷蘭的印尼人。在荷蘭，收留猶太人被發現會遭遣送到集中營，甚至會遭槍殺。數百位共黨抵抗軍的工人從未獲承認為猶太人拯救者，因為他們隱藏姓名，只在護送猶太人過程中擔當中介角色。其中很多工人死於集中營。
 法国 2,833 2007年1月，法國總統席哈克及一些權貴在巴黎先賢祠榮耀了法籍國際義人。160位法籍國際義人因在二戰間拯救法國猶太人的努力獲授法國榮譽軍團勳章。[3]
