美國憲法第二十七修正案 （英语：Twenty-seventh Amendment to the United States Constitution）禁止任何增加或減少國會議員薪資的法律於下一屆眾議會任期開始前生效。此為美國憲法最近一次的修正案，本修正案於1992年時批准，距離其制定之時（1789年）已經長達203年之久。

修正案內容

No law, varying the compensation for the services of the Senators and Representatives, shall take effect, until an election of Representatives shall have intervened.

譯文：變更參眾議員服務報酬之法律，在眾議員經過改選之前，不生效力。
