CPU插座英语CPU socket)是電腦裡中央處理器主機板的一條連接兩者的橋樑。

早期,大部份CPU插座使用PGA(Pin Grid Array),即針腳全位於處理器上,安裝時要將處理器的針腳插到插座上,通常插座為ZIF(Zero Insertion Force)設計以便安裝。現在,Intel全線的處理器是使用LGA(Land Grid Array),即針腳位於主機板上,而不位於處理器上。而CPU插槽則是將處理器固定在一個類似擴充槽的插槽上,而LGA通常有一個扣,扣住CPU。
