罗茜跟同乡，名模歌手艾洁妮丝·迪恩不和。罗茜跟迪恩原本是好友，但当迪恩火速走红后，便对罗茜不加理会，罗茜半年内不停发简讯给她，迪恩也没有回应。罗茜亦不甘示弱，从迪恩手上抢走知名品牌，Burberry的广告合约，成为Burberry的2008-2009秋季广告模特。

2007年8月至2009年10月期间，罗茜·汉丁顿-惠特莉与滚石乐团成员龙尼·伍德的小儿子泰隆·伍德交往。[17][41][42]在和伍德分手后，汉丁顿-惠特莉与法国演员奥利维·马丁内兹有短暂的交往。[42]2010年4月汉丁顿-惠特莉与英国演员杰森·斯坦森在出席科切拉音乐节后公开了他们的恋情，之后也被拍到他们在比佛利山庄的卡地亚购物。[42]2016年1月，他们宣布订婚[43]。2017年6月24日，他们的儿子出生，并取名Jack Oscar[44]， 2022年2月2日，女儿出生，取名Isabella James。
