刺鲨属（学名：Centrophorus），又名尖鳍鲛属，是角鲨目刺鲨科下的一属鲨鱼。它们都是深海的鲨鱼，分布在温带及热带的海洋。它们多是呈灰色或褐色，有一对大及绿色的眼睛，两条背鳍上都有鳍棘。因这些鳍棘而得名。
